Presley Gerber, the son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, has died at age 27.
According to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Gerber died suddenly at a rehabilitation facility on Sunday, TMZ reports.
“The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time,” a representative for the family told the outlet.
An autopsy is yet to be completed and authorities have not announced Presley’s cause of death.
Known for his modelling career alongside his younger sister, Kaia Gerber, Presley quickly rose in the fashion industry for his participation in campaigns for big-name brands like Calvin Klein and runway shows for Moschino and Dolce & Gabana.

Despite his early success at a teen, Presley openly shared his struggles with mental health and substance abuse in recent years.
He was candid about dealing with depression, panic attacks and addiction, often using his social media platforms to advocate for mental health awareness.
