New details about G Flip’s marriage to reality TV star Chrishell Stause have emerged just one day after the couple announced their split.
The Selling Sunset alum and her Aussie music sensation partner shocked the internet on Tuesday when they revealed they had gone their separate ways after four years together.
Stause, 45, broke the news in an emotional Instagram video, saying she “didn’t have all the information or reasons” for the split and declared she was still in love with G Flip.
G Flip also addressed the break-up in a much shorter post, saying “we will always share a special connection and I cherish our memories together deeply. My head & heart are feeling very heavy right now and I’m not able to talk”.
The couple made headlines back in May of 2023 when they tied the knot in Las Vegas after just a year of dating.

Stause posted photos of the small ceremony to Instagram and was seen in a white gown, while G Flip opted for a black suit.
Just six months after the first wedding, the couple held a vow renewal and began an annual tradition of holding themed weddings.
Speaking about the unusual tradition, G Flip said the first wedding was arranged so quickly that it was hard for their families to make it, so they held additional ceremonies.
“We did three in a row, and then we were like, ‘We may as well just do this every year and make it a tradition’,” they said.
In January of 2024, G Flip raved about her marriage to Stause, saying “it’s great. We adore each other and we’re excited for our future. We are so cute together”.
However, since their break-up announcement on Monday, it has now been revealed none of the weddings were legally binding, meaning the couple won’t have to go through divorce proceedings.
TMZ reports the couple eventually wanted to make things official but never got the chance.
Stause’s teary video on Tuesday prompted an outpouring of support from fans and celebrities across the world.
Aussie model Steph Claire Smith said “All my love beautiful ❤️ I’m so sorry to hear”.
Fellow Selling Sunset star Jason Oppenheim commented: “I’m really sorry to hear this. You’re both beautiful people and sometimes things just don’t work out, but it certainly doesn’t mean anyone failed. There’s probably nothing anyone can say to make you feel better right now, it might just take some time to process.”
