There are many words that come to mind when insulting Justin Morgan but Tane calling him an “egg” tops them all.

“The guy’s an egg,” Tane says.

It’s a big day for the “egg” who has been discharged from hospital and unlike the rest of us who writhe at merely the sign of Justin, Leah is blinded with love and is actually looking forward to the occasion.

“It will be really nice to have him home,” Leah says.

But hang tight because in a matter of moments the “egg” wears her down and she locks herself in the bathroom to get away from him.

Anyway, this isn’t Leah’s first rodeo when it comes to drug addiction and she’s put herself in charge of weaning Justin off his medication, administering just one pill every four hours.

The rest of the evening is signposted with Justin begging, with increasing angst, for his drugs.

Somehow this makes the timeline more ambiguous because we don’t know if getting the next pill in an hour and then half an hour is the same one or the next pill.

Naturally, because Summer Bay is a town of nosey neighbours, practically the whole town knows he overdosed. Surprisingly everyone's reaction has been very calm and they leave it to Leah to take control of.

“It’s just a one-off accident, could’ve happened to anyone,” Justin says to anyone asking after him, except Ziggy, who he fired from the garage during a recent drug fuelled rage.

Leah apologises to Ziggy on Justin’s behalf for his latest outburst.

“He’s unwell,” Leah says.

“The tumour isn’t back, he’s addicted to his medication.”

Then Ziggy blames herself for not “seeing the signs” since she’s been there before.

“You know how I was married to Justin’s brother…when I first met him he had drug issues,” she says to Tane.

This is when Tane calls Justin an “egg” and Zig pays Justin a visit to for ask for her job back again.

“I can’t help but wonder how many other people you’ve told about my problem,” Justin says deflecting his problems onto Leah.

But who cares how Justin feels because Ziggy has her job back.

It seems like there’s still 30 minutes to go before the next dose but it must be hours because Leah is in her dressing gown and finds Justin frantically searching for his medication again.

Out of desperation he tries to get into her pockets before Leah screams “don’t touch me” and locks herself in the bathroom to hide from him while Justin bashes on the door.

Bet having him home is real nice now!

Meanwhile, Mac’s exit from the model party has gone viral, and not because her hair “looks good”.

The video is on “the internet” and it’s the awakening she needs to get her life back on track.

“Ive humiliated myself, done awful things and lost all my friends” which isn't too far off.

Just moments ago she blurted out “we’re not friends” to Ziggy.

In a classic Home and Away move, she’s done a runner and is nowhere to be found the following morning.

In other news, John continues to secretly text Susie to arrange this elusive meeting.
