The Voice 2025: Alyssa Delpopolo says she is ‘definitely quitting Bunnings’ after being crowned winner

Teenage singer Alyssa Delpopolo has won the hearts of the nation after being crowned the winner of The Voice 2025 on Sunday night.
The 19-year-old took to the stage for the epic all-female grand final of the singing competition against fellow contestants Cle Morgan, Bella Parnell and Cassie Henderson.
However, it was the Sydney music student who received the most public votes after singing the huge Celine Dion song It’s All Coming Back To Me Now before taking to the stage with her coach, Kate Miller-Heidke, for a duet of Lose You To Love Me by Selena Gomez.
After host Sonia Kruger made the life-changing announcement, a still shocked Alyssa told PerthNow the news was still sinking in.
“I’m definitely quitting Bunnings,” she said of her part-time job.

“I had my family with me, so as soon as Sonia said my name, we just jumped up. We were screaming so loud. It was just such an amazing moment. I was so lucky to share the stage with all those beautiful girls. It was a dream come true.”
Alyssa takes home $100,000 in prize money and an all-inclusive recording development package she plans to put to good use in creating an album and working towards solo shows.
The talented teenager’s win is one extraordinary success story, as the day she was discovered she wasn’t even supposed to be onstage.

The youngest grand finalist was sitting in the audience during the early stages of the competition and was invited by Miller-Heidke to audition after catching the coach’s attention with her voice.
“I wouldn’t have expected it in my wildest dreams. It was definitely life-changing,” she said of that moment.
In terms of what her fans can expect from her first song release, Alyssa hinted it used the word “cruel” a lot and was inspired by past experiences.
