Located within walking distance to schools, parks and a vibrant residential community, DevelopmentWA are pleased to announce the release of 23 new residential lots at Champion Lakes.

DevelopmentWA Chief Executive Frank Marra said the new lots followed on from successfully selling out land in Stage 7A two years ago, with more than 330 residential lots within the whole development sold to date.

“The Champion Lakes estate has been a real success story since its first land release in 2008, building a thriving and connected local community with a fantastic range of active lifestyle options on offer,” he said.

The first release of lots in Stage 7B Release 1 are sized between 261sqm and 485sqm and are priced from $152,000. Buyers can also take advantage of a free fencing and front landscaping package.

Conveniently located about 10 minutes from Armadale and 35 minutes from the Perth CBD, Mr Marra said the location was ideal for those who desired a relaxed lakeside lifestyle.

“Children can be entertained at the playground, nature play area and small beach areas, and the 5km pathway around the lake is perfect for exercise such as running, cycling or a leisurely stroll,” he said.

“There is plenty to keep residents busy, from exploring the wildlife at the lake foreshore to activities on top of the water such as kayaking.”

Additionally, residents and the wider Armadale community can also access free Live Life Get Active fitness classes, which are held within the estate.

“The launch of the new lots at this popular estate delivers fresh housing options for the Armadale area as it continues to grow, together with access to quality exercise areas, playgrounds and the lake, which are enjoyed by estate residents and those in surrounding areas,” he said.

“Champion Lakes also offers a peaceful escape for residents, yet schools, shopping and public transport options are all close by.”
