Self-made Floreat multi-millionaire Michelle Rule is on a mission to share her wealth and financial secrets with as many women as she can, to dispel the misconception that becoming rich is only for high-income earners.

The 40-year-old entrepreneur held her second annual Millionaires Stage event at Crown Perth, where more than 100 women gathered to hear her tips and tricks about building wealth and financial security.

Ms Rule, who has an $8 million asset base, shared the lessons she learnt after transforming her own family’s financial future over the past decade and has now helped more than 50 women build seven-figure wealth.

She challenged the idea that wealth is only for high-income earners, with speakers sharing practical strategies around property investing, business growth, multiple income streams and long-term asset building, encouraging women to take action now rather than waiting for the “perfect” time.

Ms Rule said for too long, women have been told that “saving more is enough for financial security, but it’s not”.

“The Millionaires Stage was about showing them how to actually build wealth,” she said.

“One of the biggest misconceptions is that building wealth is only for high-income earners. The women in this room are proving that everyday Australians can build wealth by making intentional financial decisions.

“Watching more than 100 Perth women come together to learn about investing, asset building and creating long-term wealth has been incredibly inspiring.

“My hope is that every woman left the room feeling more confident to take the next step towards building the future she wants for herself and her family.”
