There are so many places you’ll want to add to the bucket list: embrace the cooler months and rug up by the fire at Bettenay’s Wines for their guided tasting of four premium estate wines and two nougat inspired liqueurs, followed by a wine tasting, some rustic campfire damper and an array of delectable dips. Finish the winter delight by lending nostalgia to the experience by grabbing a stick and toasting some nougat on the fire whilst sipping on a mug of hot nougaretto cocoa or coffee.

If you’d like to delve into the world of winemaking with an interactive wine blending experience you can head to Clairault Streicker Wines.

Learn a little more

If you’d like to learn about the produce you consume, there are bespoke experiences to choose from. Keep a look out for upcoming genuinely extraordinary food and farm tours at Southern Forests – these ones sell out! Cuprum Distillery in Bunbury are conjuring up some special masterclasses - get in the spirit and learn all about small batch gins, liqueurs, whisky, rum and vodka. Sit back and relax

Along with the stretchy pants, don’t forget to have accommodation ready to retreat, rest and revive. Your epicurean adventure will most likely result in a self-inflicting (but worth it) food coma, so you’ll want a space to sit back, relax and reminisce on your experiences in the south west.
