Busselton crash investigated after 61-year-old dies from injuries

Police are investigating a Busselton fatal crash which saw a 61-year-old man die after being hit by a Landcruiser.

At about 6.55pm July 10, a white Toyota Landcruiser collided with a black mobility scooter, commonly known as a Gopher, on the Bussell Highway and Queen Elizabeth Avenue intersection.

The 61-year-old man using the gopher was airlifted to Perth Hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.

The driver of the Toyota, a 43-year-old woman, was not injured in the crash.
