Counterfeit cash and weapons seized in Perth raids

A mass haul of drugs, weapons and cash has been seized by police during a series of raids in Perth on the weekend.

Tactical Response Group officers and Cannington detective executed five search warrants at homes in Beckenham, Cannington, East Cannington and Rivervale on Saturday.

They found handguns, throwing knives, tasers, various illicit drugs, counterfeit money and more than $20,000 cash.

Cannington detectives have charged two women and seven men — aged between 18 and 59 — with various offences relating to drugs and weapons.
