Man fighting for life after motorcycle crash in Rivervale

A young motorcyclist is fighting for his life after a colliding with a car in Rivervale yesterday.

Emergency Services were called to the scene at the intersection of Alexander Road and Orrong Road just after 4pm.

Police say a Honda motorcycle was being ridden south-east on Orrong Road, when it collided with a Land Rover Defender which was atempting to turn right onto Alexander Road.

The 20-year-old motorcycle rider was rushed to hospital with serious injuries, where he remains in a critical condition.
