Homicide squad investigating circumstances surrounding death of 32-year-old man in Carnarvon

Homicide squad detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Carnarvon on Friday.

Police say about 9.20am on Friday, emergency services arrived on Granberry Drive in the Carnarvon suburb of Brockman, where they located a 32-year-old man in an unconscious state.

Emergency first aid was performed on the man, however he could not be revived and was declared dead at the scene.

Police have confirmed that detectives from the homicide squad have taken carriage of the investigation.

No charges have been laid as yet and enquiries are ongoing.
