A night to remember

It was a sea of glittery dresses and striking suits in Hedland as Hedland Senior High School held their 2018 ball last Saturday.

A red carpet welcomed the students to the night of their life as they passed under an arc of fairy lights to a transformed function room at the Walkabout Hotel.

With a theme of Under the Stars it was Tess Mellberg and Dominic Spurling who took out the belle and beau of the ball.

DJ Lace Em Tight spun the tunes as students kicked off their shoes and danced away all the worries of last week’s maths test and enjoyed a night of frivolity.

Not to be left out, teachers in attendance made sure they donned some sparkles and fetching tuxes to blend in with the crowd of youths.
