Businesses up for gongs

Several Pilbara businesses have been named as finalists in the 2017 Western Australian Regional Small Business Awards.

Pilbara finalists include Hedland K9 Care, Red Rock Health and Fitness, Thrifty Car & Truck Rental Karratha, BriJarCass Security, WT Design Studio, Karratha Signs, Signature Music, and Life and Soul Health and Fitness Club.

Small Business Development Corporation chief executive David Eaton said the awards, now in their 15th year, provided an opportunity for regional businesses to showcase their efforts.

Winners will be announced at a gala event at the Hyatt Regency Perth on November 10.
