In the third event of the season, the Life and South F45 Triathlon had more than 20 contestants who battled it out.

“The day was generously sponsored by Life and South F45 gym, who donated some excellent prizes.”

Star athlete Nathan Groch took time out from his rigorous training for his next Iron-man event, to join the runners, swimmers and riders and encourage them to go head-on and try to get as close to his time as they could.

The children’s category winner was Madeline Curtis with an overall time of 23min.50sec.

Unsurprisingly, the Supersprint winner was Groch and Jayden Veljacich, however Toby Wilson was only 3:07 behind with a time of 37:34.

Aquathon superstar was Ben Proudfoot with a time of 26:17, beating Josh Blair by only 41sec.

The next event will be September 23.
