High tea a treat

High heels and colourful hats were the fashion of the day at the 2017 Care For Hedland Environmental Association High Tea last Saturday afternoon.

Held at the Masonic Lodge, the male-dominated centre was overrun with bright colours and floral frocks. With scones and macarons galore, no one went hungry as the delicacies were washed down with tea and champagne.

A game of celebrity heads included special “guests” Phar Lap, Dame Edna Everage, Hugh Jackman and Mickey Mouse, while ladies kept a close eye on their teaspoons to see if they won prizes.
