Highway fatality
Major crash officers are seeking information about the death of a motorcyclist on North West Coastal Highway near Whim Creek on Sunday morning.
At 10.30am a Toyota Hilux vehicle with a trailer was travelling in a northerly direction on the highway.
A Harley-Davidson motorcycle was also travelling north on the same highway. About 25km north of the Whim Creek Hotel the two vehicles collided and the 59-year-old male motorcycle rider from Port Hedland died at the scene.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash or had seen the Harley-Davidson motorcycle or the Toyota Hilux before the crash.
