Hire Town’s facilities

The Town of Port Hedland has a range of different facilities that are available for hire year-round by anyone in the community.

This includes businesses, individuals and community groups or organisations.

The fees for hiring these spaces were agreed on by council in 2016, and include a 75 per cent discount to not-for-profit community groups. We are committed to providing fair and accessible pricing for all users, and ensuring that our fees are aligned with venues of similar size, quality and capability around the State.

Not-for-profit community groups provide a huge range of essential services to our community, and we want to allow these kinds of groups to continue to provide these services for many years.

We understand that not all of our valuable community services are provided by not-for-profit organisations, and I strongly encourage groups who believe that they provide a benefit or service to our community to contact the Town for a consideration of reduced fees.
