Kalamazoo targets tenement
Emerging gold prospecting organ-isation Kalamazoo Resources ramps up exploration in the Pilbara as it applies for another tenement in the region.
It completes an extensive field exploration investigation, after the successful acquisitions in three highly prospective gold projects in the Pilbara.
The resources organisation has entered into an arrangement with Sayona Mining Limited to access areas of The Sister Project and has made an application for a new tenement, totalling 35 blocks near Mount Roe. Kalamazoo Resources chairman Luke Reinehr said the organisation had always been exploring the Pilbara and named after a train that ran from Marble Bar to Port Hedland.
“This resurgence of gold exploration in the Pilbara — added with the recent gold nugget discoveries in the region by several ASX-listed companies — is what is driving Kalamazoo’s continued gold exploration interest in the area,” he said.
“As part of our recent field trip ... we have applied for another highly prospective tenement in the Pilbara.”
