Newman’s Nadia Bishop and David Jehan take out the coveted Fashions on the Field award

Locals dressed to the nines for the 2021 Newman Cup last month, with Nadia Bishop and David Jehan winning the coveted Fashions on the Field award. Record crowds gathered at East Pilbara Race Club for the event following a year of COVID-19 related industry shutdowns, with some strutting their stuff on the runway. Judges had a tough time choosing winners across three categories including youth, women’s and men’s best dressed. David Jehan took home the top prize in the men’s category, followed closely by Aaron Richards. In the women’s category Nadia Bishop stole the show ahead of Nathalie Appelblom, named runner-up. EPRC said they thanked the volunteers and local community for making the event and awards possible.
