Police have recovered weapons, cash, and a large quantity of cannabis as a result of two search warrants executed in South and Port Hedland today.

The search warrants were based on police intelligence, Crime Stoppers reports, and reasonable suspicion.

Four people have been arrested.

Port Hedland Senior Sergeant Jayd Morawksi said it was yet to be confirmed as to whether both male and female occupants at the South Hedland property will be charged.

Sen. Sgt. Morawksi said the warrants were part of a specific operation with the assistance of a police dog.

Police are urging anyone with information about the distribution of illicit drugs to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
