The best businesses in Onslow were celebrated with employees and community members dressing to the nines for the highlight of the local commerce calendar.

The Onslow Chamber of Commerce and Industry held its 2022 Onslow Business Excellence Awards on September 17 at the Onslow Beach Resort.

Businesses of all kinds were recognised with the Best Business first time entry prize going to Onslow Marine Support Base.

In the Best Business of 0-9 Employees category, KHB Mobile Mechanical/Enzed Onslow and Novus Onslow took out the award.

NTC Contracting was awarded Best Business 10+ Employees.

AGC Industries’ Ruben Phelps was named Best Trainee/Apprentice of the Year, while the Onslow School P&C won the Best Community Organisation award.

Dice Solutions’ Sandy Slade took out the Best Employee of the Year award and the Onslow General Store won the People’s Choice award.
