Over the WA Day long weekend representatives from Karratha Hockey Club competed in the State Hockey Championships.

A series of good results in the pool games had the Pilbara Krocs advance through to the semifinals.

A loss to Esperance in the semis resulted in the Krocs finishing third overall.

This was a great effort considering most of the team is aged above 40 and does not play together on a regular basis.
