Hedland officer mourned

A former South Hedland police officer has been remembered for her bubbly personality and hard work across WA.

Senior Constable Lisa Cannon, who joined WA Police in 2008 and worked at South Hedland Police Station, died on February 28.

At only 39 years old, Mrs Cannon is survived by her partner and son.

Mrs Cannon was laid to rest at the Police Academy Chapel on March 10.
