Footy is well and truly back this season with some close calls and big wins for round two of the North Pilbara Football League.

A steady effort from the Wickham Wolves was not enough to phase the Karratha Kats on Friday night with Karratha coming out on top by 34 points.

Saturday night saw two huge wins across the Pilbara towns with Dampier Sharks dominating 17.16(118) to Port Hedland Rovers 4.3 (27).

On the other side of the pond South Hedland Swans controlled the game winning by 80 points against Falcons with a final score of 15.17(107) to 2.15(27).
