A 90-year-old woman was killed when hit by a ute in the underground carpark at Kalamunda Central Shopping Centre.

It happened about 2.30pm on Monday, August 17.

Major Crash officers are continuing to investigate the lead-up to the collision.

The 24-year-old driver of the Ford ute is assisting police.
