The fate of Sunday night’s women’s clash between the Perkins Builders South West Slammers and Rockingham Flames hangs on whether the State Government’s mask mandate is extended from Saturday.

Late Tuesday night, the club received confirmation that if the mask restrictions were relaxed, the Flames clash would tip off at 5pm (men’s 7pm)

“We anticipate the State Government and in turn BWA to confirm we have the green light late Friday.

“We will keep you updated as we get closer,” a written statement said.
