Motorist & pedestrian seriously hurt in separate incidents in Mariginiup and Mundaring

Two people have been left fighting for life in separate accidents across Perth.

The driver of a sedan was left badly hurt after colliding with a Mack truck towing three trailers on Neaves Road in Mariginiup, north of Perth.

The truck driver received minor injuries.

Emergency services and police are on the scene, with Neaves Road closed between Vista and Old Yanchep roads.

A pedestrian was seriously injured after being hit by a car on Phillips Road in Mundaring.

The incident, which happened about 6.35am, has resulted in the road being partially closed.
