Motorbike rider rushed to Royal Perth Hospital with serious leg injuries after collision in Forrestdale

A motorbike rider was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital with serious leg injuries after a collision with a vehicle in Forrestdale on Friday night.

WA Police said a man driving a Ford Ranger utility south along Tonkin Highway was struck by the Harley Davidson motorcycle which was also travelling south at about 6.20pm.

The motorcycle and rider came to rest on the median strip.

The driver of the utility, a man in his 50s, was uninjured.
