Perth locals can dust off the wide brims and sunscreen as the city is set for five straight days of sunshine with summer fast approaching.
The run of rain is finally starting to clear up with showers expected early Monday morning before a stretch of sunshine over Perth.
The Bureau of Meteorology is forecasting three straight days of 27C bliss starting on Tuesday through to Thursday, despite the cold mornings hanging around.
As the rain clears on Monday — with 1-10mm expected — temperatures will hit a high of 23C after a cool 10C in the morning which looks to be the lowest for the week.
Following that it is clear skies with Tuesday tipped to beam down on locals the harshest — with a UV rating of 9 — with sun protection recommended throughout the day.
Not a drop of rain will be in sight through to Wednesday and Thursday as the mercury edges towards the 30C mark that will become a mainstay once summer rolls around.
Unfortunately for office workers the favourable weather will be on the way out as the weekend rolls around, with Saturday looking a max of 23C.
It is only a short reprieve from the rain as showers return on Saturday and Sunday, albeit lightly.
