An injury-hit Claremont have turned to draft prospects Heath Mellody and George Gale to help them lock away a top-three spot, handing the pair league debuts for their clash against Subiaco.

Larke medallist Mellody and WA Under-18 skipper Gale join ruckman Benji van Rooyen as teenagers named for the Tigers to take on the Lions at Revo Fitness Stadium on Saturday.

Co-captain Callan England also returns from a knee injury, with Declan Hardisty (concussion) and Declan Mountford (quad) both unavailable because of injury, while Max Spyvee was dropped.

East Fremantle skipper Kyle Baskerville has made a timely return from a hamstring injury to play in the first derby clash at The Good Grocer Park in more than five years.

Baskerville has not played since round 11 because of injury, but is one of three inclusions for the home team alongside forward Alex Montauban and Kaiden Summerell.
