Swan Districts ruckman Nathan Blakely will farewell the WAFL on Saturday, with the Bassendean cult figure to play his final game before he moves overseas.

Blakely is one of five inclusions for the Swans as they prepare to host West Coast at Steel Blue Oval on the back of a disappointing defeat to Peel Thunder.

The 126-game bigman is joined in the side by Brad Lynch, Lewis Tester, Luke Cotellessa and Otis Harvey to take on the Eagles in a must win game for both sides’ finals hopes.

Coach Andrew Pruyn has been forced to make four changes with Kade Chalcraft (concussion), Luke Kelly (wrist), Ayden Cartwright (ankle) and Zane Trew (illness) all unavailable, while Jez Rigoni has been dropped.

West Coast have been forced to make four changes with Elijah Hewett, Josh Lindsay, Marcus Herbert and Tom Gross all called into the AFL side to take on North Melbourne at Optus Stadium.

Small forward Malakai Champion returns after being dropped from the top side, while captain Callum Jamieson is back for his first game since round five after recovering from a hamstring injury.

Perth have been bolstered with four big inclusions headlined by co-captain Corey Byrne for their clash against ladder-leaders Claremont at Revo Fitness Stadium.

Byrne as well as star small forward Lochlan Paton, recruit Jack Kluske and defender Oscar Hine-Baston all come in for Zac Fleiner, Sam Cameron, Cooper Moore and Freddy Brayshaw who have been omitted.

The Tigers will be without tall defender Max Minear who injured his hamstring in the Tigers’ shock loss to West Coast last week, with forward Sam van Rooyen called up in his place.

East Fremantle have welcomed back premiership star Cameron Eardley from suspension for their contest against West Perth at The Good Grocer Park.

Eardley comes in for Oliver McManus who will miss because of a foot injury.

West Perth regains star defender Zac Guadagnin from injury, while ruckman Matt McKenzie has been included with both Ben Johnson and Trent Hiscock to miss with quad injuries.
