Jasmine is really going full pelt on the negligible mother theory.

The alarm bells really sound when she tells Willow and Mackenzie about “the lawyer” she’s been speaking to and that she has no legal rights.

They don’t buy into it, so Jasmine seeks the support of her internet friends because somehow, they always say what she wants to hear.

Willow sneaks into the office while Jas is out and discovers the full extent of her behaviour on the dark web baby forum.

She already knew that Jas was on a forum but she confronts her about the “horrible lies” she’s posting about Tori.

Jas downplays it — as she usually does — but for the first time someone actually suggests she needs help and Willow gets Jas to write her feelings down.

Little does she know Jas is actually keeping record of Tori’s actions as “proof” of her negligence.

Considering Tori is a doctor and Jas herself is a nurse, why she hasn’t sought out professional help yet is a complete mystery since every other character is all, “it’s OK to show your real feelings”.

Willow finds Justin and asks about Jasmine, but for whatever reason doesn’t tell him about her plan to take custody of Grace, which is also a mystery.

Leah tells Jas to stay away from Tori and Grace because they need some one-on-one time. Jasmine really can’t take a hint.

Things are heating up for the Astonis.

Ziggy and Dean are very much in their honeymoon phase and are busy locking lips on the beach.

She mentions her parents who are in “lockdown” at home after rekindling their “love bubble”.

Ben and Maggie emerge and make their first appearance in days, but it’s not long before Maggie starts to second-guess everything.

Maggie has to “unquit” her job but they’ve already hired someone new and Ben hasn’t been to work in days which still perplexes me because it wasn’t that long ago that the board shop was very broke.

Everyone is so thrilled to see them back together and Justin waxes lyrical about them being soul mates while Leah gushes about how romantic it is.

Ziggy is notably the most thrilled of all and throws a dinner at Salt to celebrate… with Justin and Leah, although Leah’s running late.

So it’s an intimate dinner of five, plus Mackenzie lingering around to toast the happy couple.

Ziggy makes a speech and holds back the tears.

“It means the world to me that you are trying to make this work,” she says.

It seems the public pressure is too much for Maggie and she looks terrified and excuses herself all of a sudden. She is overcome with tears and asks Ben, “What if we don’t make it?”

Meanwhile Willow arrives at Salt for a much needed drink and lays eyes on Ziggy’s new tattoo. I don’t think it’s to Willow’s taste either.

Finally, Ryder is on the jetty.

He hasn’t heard any news on Evan but on the other hand doesn’t really want to hear the news because it won’t be good.

Alf is going to be there for him, whatever happens and he picks up a shift at Salt to distract himself.
