There be plenty more to come from this one so keep an eye out on thewest.com.au but for now goodnight!

Longmuir admits Dockers need more bang for buck

“To kick 83 points from 63 inside 50s is not good enough we need more bang for buck,” he said.

“Collingwood’s efficiency going forward was the difference in the game but it was a much better effort today but there’s a lot to work on obviously.”

Analysis

FULL TIME COLLINGWOOD 15.7 (97) FREMANTLE 12.11 (83)

The Dockers won inside 50s by plus 29, plus 15 in clearances and plus 14 in contested possessions.

They lose by 14 points thanks to Jamie Elliott’s six goals a career high for him.

Jack Crisp stepped up in the absence of several stars and a quiet Nick Daicos.

For the Dockers Jordan Clark played on of the best games of his career with 33 touches, but their forward connection let them down.

Sean Darcy was ineffective and then got injured, while Treacy had no impact after the first quarter.

Frederick gets one late

He’s had a pretty dirty night but he pops up late to get a consolation goal.

His kicking inside 50 has been fairly atrocious this game. The Dockers have 28! more isndie 50s than Collingwood and yet they’re going to be comfortable losers

Elliott has 6!

The Pies forward has been on fire tonight and he takes another contested mark with Tim Membrey helping with the body block.

He converts for his sixth goal and the margin is 21-points with six minutes to go.

Jack Crisp!

He puts another dagger in Dockers hopes as he just explodes from a contest in the forward 50 and snaps a huge goal to put the margin back out to 16 points.

Murphy Reid goals

The Dockers show pace off half back as they crash through the midfield in a wave.

Reid is all alone and takes the unciontested grab and converts.

Steele Sidebottom was already subbed off before Schutls got concussed so they’re a man down.

All the momentum with the Dockers right now.

Bolton gets his first

It’s an ugly wobbler of a snap but it just has enough carry to sail through as the Dokcers have two in a row.

It’s now a three goal margin and there’s more than enough time for Fremantle to do this.
